Client hires Samuel C. Hasler (Attorney) for the following legal services and only the following legal services. Client understands and agrees that (Attorney) is not Client's attorney for any other purpose than as set out below.
Client understands and agrees that the services selected below must be paid in full before this agreement takes place. Payment may be in cash, money order, check, or credit card. If paying by check or by credit card, payment in full occurs when the check clears Attorney's bank account or when the credit card company deposits payment in Attorney's bank account.
